Robert "Iron" Downey Jr's the Man!

If I had a FILF fantasy, it would come in the form of Robert Downey Jr. I would have never imagined back in my Ally McBeal days that actor gone alcoholic gone Academy Award winner would have been better cast for golden boy engineer Tony Stark and his superior Tech suits.
After watching this movie (and a sneek peek of another Avenger prop tease at the end of the movie, so be patient with the 10 min end Credits!! It's exciting!) I left with a big smile on my face seeing how War Machine is created due to Stark confronting his depressions through alcohol and getting pissed (quite literally as you will see him pee) at a party filled with bimbos tossing targets in the air to get shot by Iron Man. I could understand Tony Stark's depression, because it seems that more you know the more depressed you get. Sometimes knowledge alone cannot accomplish anything without the will power to take action and DO something with it.

It felt like the chemistry between Downey Jr and Gwyneth Paltrow from the first Iron Man movie was being really exploited aabove and beyond in this movie, but in the end it served it's purpose as it left the audience tense regarding where their "relationship" is headed in the next movies (IF she's scene in the AVengers movie, or even Iron Man for that matter, there were hints about Black Widow's evaluation about him as a potential AVengers Team member that made me raise an eyebrow).

Johanson actually pulled off the red head look (I have a thing for redheaded women, more like fixation...the non-sexual type), as Romanoff agent Black Widow, she accomplished one of the best flash hand-to-hand combat scenes that made me think of Kill Bill wearing black leather and tying Tarantino up for some kinky fun, really looking forward to see this character in the future. I looked like a complete idiot in the Cinema when I started laughing as she took down the last guy with pepper spray...don't ask me why I found it hilarious.

The bad guys kind of left a bad taste in my mouth, because they were actually just that... BAD. Whiplash and Hammer's CEO did not bring much to the table except pity. Why? because one of them didnt get his bird and the other one didnt get better dress suits...don't feel they gave the run for Stark's technology.

So this sequel to every Mechatronic Engineer's dream to have one of these suits (AND a sense of humor) really gives 10 stars out of 5!!! Really exciting, so for all of those people who are downloading the movie online or buying it pirate, YOU'RE friggin missing the cinema experience out!!

Can't wait to soon hear....AVENGERS ASSEMBLE!
